The Quest ECSS
Human Trafficking
Mission Report 60525
Location:
The rescue took place in a small, secluded village situated a short distance from a major city. The area is primarily frequented by locals, and its private, remote nature makes it appealing to those seeking discretion many of whom are willing to pay a premium for that privacy. The village borders a dense forest at the base of the mountains, with no nearby neighbors. It’s accessible by only a few roads: one leading deeper into the back country, two heading back toward the city, and one that winds through the mountains.
Control:
The village is under the influence of a local gang with deep connections to the business sector, law enforcement, and government officials.
Situation:
Fifteen children were being held at the location, all in fair physical condition weak, but not malnourished. The site was guarded by three armed men at all times. Typically, the guards rotated sleep shifts, and at night, often drank heavily until they passed out. This vulnerability was key to our approach.
Plan:
The team positioned themselves in the surrounding mountains near dusk, waiting until the brothel had cleared of all customers. Once the building was secure, units moved in to surround it, while transport vehicles remained at a distance to monitor road activity.
When conditions were confirmed safe, the guards were subdued and sedated. A signal was given, and the transports moved in. Two female volunteers and several female team members entered the building to retrieve the children. The team maintained perimeter security while the children were quickly evacuated to the waiting transports.
From there, they traveled over the mountain route to the safe house. Upon arrival, the children were examined, cleaned, clothed, fed, and gently informed of the situation. They were then placed in secure, loving homes where they could begin their recovery.
Execution:
The operation was executed flawlessly and took approximately five minutes from entry to exit. The guards were disarmed, stripped, and restrained with duct tape, then left in the street. As expected, the children were traumatized and physically weak, but all are on track for full recovery. They have since arrived at their new homes, where they are now safe, thriving, and beginning to experience the childhood they deserve.
