The Quest ECSS
Human Trafficking
Mission Report 8825
Location:
Middle of large city
Controlled:
Local Business man
Situation: Nineteen girls aged 10 to 16 were being held in poor conditions at a high traffic location. The facility maintains strict control and cleanliness protocols. The building is set back from a main thoroughfare, with other structures positioned in front of it. Limited exit routes from the city lead to an unmanned border crossing, then to available safe house. The target location has only one exit (front entrance). Surrounding businesses are also gang controlled . Two guards are present during operations. The nighttime closure of neighboring businesses provides operational cover.
Plan: Team members blend into the neighborhood before nightfall. As businesses close, volunteers position themselves along exit routes and on nearby rooftops for over watch. Three vans approach slowly and position at the facility entrance, drawing guard attention. Pre-positioned team members neutralize the guards, restrain them, and leave them outside with identification markers as a deterrent message. Twelve team members enter to evacuate the girls and load them into vehicles. Two local caregivers accompany each van. Over watch teams follow the convoy to the safe house, where evacuees receive medical checks, clean clothing, food, and orientation about their situation and next steps toward placement.
Execution: The operation proceeded as planned, completed within 5 minutes of activation. All individuals were in stable condition for transport. The team observed positive emotional responses from those rescued.
