Situation: We received a distressing call from our volunteers regarding three young girls who were being sold to middlemen. These girls were initially held in a brothel, fell ill, and the owner refused to provide them with medical care. Consequently, the girls were sold to these middlemen, who intended to sell them to a doctor for organ harvesting. We are familiar with this doctor and the location where he conducts these illegal procedures, which is near his hospital. The operation involves only three guards, acting as sellers, and one nurse. One of our volunteers has been monitoring the situation with the help of others and notified us as the transaction was about to take place.
Plan: We have called for an emergency meeting with our team members in the area. Given that it is late at night and the area is usually busy during the day, we have to act quickly. We have dispatched 15 teammates with a single vehicle. Five teammates will enter the building through the back door after neutralizing the guards. The remaining team will secure the entrance and await the extraction of the girls. Both the doctor and the nurse will be subdued. We will also confiscate all medical equipment and distribute it to our volunteers for use in areas of greatest need. The girls will be taken to a safe house where they will receive medical treatment. A female teammate fluent in the local language will accompany them throughout the process to ensure their comfort and safety.
Execution: The rescue operation was executed swiftly and efficiently, taking only four minutes from the moment the girls were secured until they were en route to our medical professionals, accompanied by several escorts. The team that remained behind cleared the room of any incriminating evidence, with our external team ready to transport the confiscated items. They also removed the building’s door, a task that took an additional 12 minutes. The girls were in critical condition, severely malnourished, and had additional medical issues. Our doctor was able to stabilize them sufficiently for transportation the following day. A week later, the girls are recovering well and have begun to enjoy their new lives.
