The Quest ECSS

Human Trafficking

Location:

Central city

Controlled:

Local Police and gang

Situation: We have identified a location in Central City holding 19 children, ages 10 to 14. The children are in fair condition but suffer from malnutrition, receiving only a quarter cup of rice daily. They bear visible scars and are confined to dark, windowless rooms. The property is an old, dilapidated Asian style house with two floors and is secured by five guards. Situated on a main road, the location offers several potential escape routes out of the city. Anticipating heavy police control of city traffic, we have secured three safe houses just outside the city limits. We have also deployed extra team members and volunteers to act as lookouts along all primary and alternative routes to the safe houses and final exits.

Plan: The operation will be executed in the early morning hours to minimize public presence and avoid encountering any “customers.” We will utilize seven separate vehicles to transport the children to different safe houses. At these locations, they will receive medical checks, food, new clothing, and be briefed by local translators on the situation and their next steps.

Our intelligence indicates the guards are often lax, one typically naps at the main door while the other four sleep inside. We will establish a covert perimeter with volunteers on rooftops and on the ground, providing unseen over watch. A teammate on the ground will relay real time updates. The operation will commence with one teammate silently neutralizing the exterior guard. Immediately after, a team of seven will storm the house. While the exterior guard is secured, the transport vehicles will move to the main door, which is the only exit. The entry team will then subdue the remaining four guards inside.

Four female teammates will then enter to calmly instruct the children, who will be quietly and separately loaded into the waiting vehicles and transported to the pre arranged safe houses. To ensure their security, the vehicles will depart the safe houses at staggered times throughout the day, ultimately converging at a meeting point outside of town near the mountains. From there, a small bus will take them to their new, permanent homes.

Execution: The mission proceeded exactly as planned. The children, while dehydrated and hungry, were in stable condition for travel. They were successfully transported and have safely arrived at their new homes. We are overjoyed to report that they are all excited and thriving as they begin their new lives.
