The Quest ECSS
Human Trafficking
Mission Report 032326
Location:
Outside Central City
Controlled:
Local Business and government official
Situation:
A standalone building tin, plastic, and metal construction. Single front entrance. Four rooms total. The front room holds all the girls, separated by curtains. Fourteen in all, some sick, all weakened from food deprivation. Intel confirmed buyers were being sought for the sick girls, with known history of selling them to doctors for organ harvesting.
Surrounding area: small businesses open through the night. The street is exposed with no cover. Guards typically drunk after dark. No guards posted inside only periodic checks on the girls.
Plan:
After dark, four teammates arrive in a local style truck and pull up front. Guards at the entrance are neutralized quietly. While they are secured, a second truck pulls up directly behind the first. That team enters through the front door once clear, occupies the interior, and neutralizes any inside guard if present. Spotters are positioned throughout the area to monitor for movement. As the breach begins, the third transport moves in. Guards are restrained with duct tape and a card is left on each one. The girls are then transported to a safe house to be examined, washed, fed, and told everything that is happening and what comes next.
Executed:
Everything went as planned. Total operation time: five minutes.
The girls were weak but all able to walk. A female teammate spoke with them immediately so they understood what was happening and who we were. All passed the initial health check except three.
At the safe house: examinations, baths, clean clothes. The three sick girls received immediate care to stabilize them for travel.
No trace left behind. It was as if we were never there.
All fourteen made it to new home.
Result:
Rescued: 14
Previous total: 3775
