The Quest ECSS

Human Trafficking

Mission Report 122024

Location:

Central City

Controlled:

Large gang

Situation:
A large, block-style building is located on a dead-end side street with entrances at both the front and rear. Four guards are stationed: two inside and two outside—one at the front and one at the rear. The main street allows traffic in both directions and branches off into multiple side streets. The building has some degree of police protection. Inside, 21 girls aged 9 to 15 are being held in poor condition; some are seriously ill. Surrounding the building are unconnected structures, while across the street are various businesses. The area becomes quiet after 10 p.m., with most customers arriving late at night.

Plan:
The operation will require a doctor, three nurses, 25 team members, and four vans. The vans will assemble early in the morning, parking discreetly at the dead-end street nearby.

Once ready, the vans will advance toward the building. A teammate will approach the rear of the building on foot to neutralize the guard stationed there. Simultaneously, two teammates will exit another van to handle the front guard.

Once the exterior guards are subdued, teams will breach the building simultaneously: seven members through the rear entrance and ten through the front. They will neutralize the two interior guards using non-lethal methods.

The medical team, including the doctor and nurses, will enter immediately to prioritize the care and safe transport of the sickest girls. Meanwhile, other team members will assist the remaining girls into the vans. The subdued guards will be restrained, stripped of their equipment, and secured together using duct tape.

The vans will then transport the girls and the team to a pre-selected location for an initial medical evaluation. Once cleared, the girls will be taken to a safe house, where a thorough medical examination will be conducted. After ensuring all are stable and healthy, they will be relocated to a new, secure home.

Execution:
The operation proceeded as planned. All girls were successfully rescued, though one was in critical condition and required extensive care. Delays of two days at the safe house were necessary to stabilize the group before their relocation. Despite the challenges, every girl made a full recovery and transitioned safely to their new home.
