The Quest ECSS

Human Trafficking

Mission Report 12524

Location:

City central

Controlled:

Local gangs

Situation:
In a remote area at the edge of a city, two L-shaped buildings house 16 girls, aged 11 to 15, in deplorable conditions. The girls, visibly weak, survive on just one cup of rice a day. Guards monitor the site: one stationed in each building and a third roaming between them. The buildings have two entrances on their front faces and are surrounded by other structures, though not directly connected. The road nearby sees little traffic, leading out of town in both directions. Locals disapprove of this operation but remain silent out of fear.

Plan:
The operation was carefully devised to ensure the safety of the girls and minimize confrontation.

  1. Initial Step: Wait for the site to clear of any “customers.”
  2. Team Entry:
    • A three-person team will neutralize the roaming guard.
    • Four transport vehicles will position at each of the four entrances, carrying ten team members.
  3. Building Breach:
    • Teams will breach the doors simultaneously.
    • Inside, teammates will subdue the two stationary guards, rendering them unconscious, and secure them together using duct tape.
  4. Girl’s Welfare:
    • A female local teammate will calm and reassure the girls.
    • Once secured, the girls will be evacuated and transported to a medical assessment point outside the town.
  5. Follow-up: Bikes will follow the convoy to monitor for any potential pursuers or threats.

Once the girls are assessed, they will be taken to a safe house, provided food, new clothing, and thorough information about their rescue and future accommodations.

Execution:
The operation was carried out flawlessly in just six minutes. All 16 girls were successfully rescued despite their frail condition. Medical teams confirmed they would recover fully with care. Once at the safe house, the girls expressed joy and relief, beginning their journey to healing and safety in a supportive environment.
