Situation: Fifteen girls, aged between 10 and 13, have been subjected to regular beatings and worse, living in dire conditions. This area is notorious for such practices. The girls are maintained in a clean environment but are under strict control. Although it is located on a main road, the brothel is set back, with other buildings positioned in front of it. We have multiple exits leading out of the city and into the mountains towards a safe house. The only exit available is at the front. The surrounding businesses are also under the control of gangs, and most do not operate around the clock. The brothel is guarded by four individuals, and at night, the other businesses not affiliated with the gangs will be closed, providing us with the best opportunity for stealth.

Plan: We will integrate into the neighborhood before nightfall. As the other businesses shut down, our volunteers will secure the exit route and monitor from nearby rooftops. We will have access to a local dump truck, which will approach the brothel slowly and reverse towards it. At this point, we will draw the attention of the guards. Our teammates, who have been mingling in the area, will neutralize the guards, restrain them with duct tape, and leave them outside with our calling cards, as a means of shaming them. Meanwhile, twelve teammates will gather the girls and load them into the truck. Four locals will accompany the rescued girls in the truck. As the truck departs, the team monitoring will follow closely. Once we confirm that we are clear, local vans will be stationed in designated areas to transport the children to our safe house. There, they will receive medical checks from a nurse, be cleaned up with new clothes, and be informed about their situation. At this stage, they will be on their way to a new, happy home.

Executed: The execution was flawless, taking only eight minutes from the moment I activated the team. All individuals were in acceptable condition for transport, and we witnessed their first smiles in a long time.
