The Quest ECSS
Human Trafficking
Mission Report 70225
Location:
Fringe of big city
Controlled:
Local Gang
Situation Overview:
Nineteen girls, aged 12 to 16, are currently being held in a brothel operating under harsh and abusive conditions. All of them show signs of long term trauma and physical mistreatment. Though kept physically clean, they are under strict surveillance and control.
The brothel is located in a high traffic area along a main road, but it is set back behind several other buildings, making it partially obscured from street view. It has only one accessible exit through the front.
Surrounding the brothel are various businesses, most of which are also under the gang’s control. However, the majority of these businesses do not operate at night, providing us with a tactical advantage for a low visibility operation.
We have mapped out several exit routes that lead from the city to the outlying rural areas, ending at our designated safe house. This terrain offers us both cover and speed once extraction begins.
Security on site consists of two guards stationed at the front of the building. Their presence is consistent and focused on maintaining order and deterring interference. Nighttime presents the best opportunity for stealth, given reduced activity in the surrounding area.
Plan:
Operational Plan:
Our team will begin blending into the neighborhood well before nightfall to avoid suspicion and establish a natural presence. As the surrounding businesses begin to close, our volunteers will move into position covering designated exit routes and taking positions on nearby rooftops to provide surveillance and real time spotting support.
A locally sourced, canvas covered transport truck will be staged nearby to maintain the appearance of normal activity. At the coordinated time, five vehicles will slowly approach and back up to the front of the brothel. This maneuver is designed to draw the attention of the two guards stationed outside.
At that moment, embedded team members who have been inconspicuously present in the area will move in to subdue the guards swiftly and silently. Once neutralized, the guards will be stripped of any identifying items, securely bound with duct tape, and left at the scene with our calling cards as a clear statement of our intervention.
Twelve extraction team members will then enter the premises, gather all 19 girls, and load them into the covered transport truck. Inside the vehicle, four trusted local partners trained to care for the rescued girls will be ready to provide immediate support and comfort.
As the transport departs, our rooftop and perimeter teams will provide escort and visual coverage, ensuring a clear route out of the city. Once we’ve confirmed the area is secure, the transport will meet with local vans stationed at predetermined hand off points. These vans will then carry the girls to our secure safe house in the outskirts.
Upon arrival at the safe house, the girls will be welcomed, given clean clothing, nutritious food, and immediate medical attention. They will also be gently informed of the situation and reassured about their safety and new beginning. From there, they will be supported on their journey to a secure, loving, and hopeful new home.
Executed:
The operation was executed flawlessly, taking just seven minutes from the moment activation began. All nineteen girls were found in stable enough condition for immediate transport. As we moved them to safety, we witnessed something truly moving their first genuine smiles in a very long time.
